About the Role

This Commercial Support Specialist position is based in Carole Park, with occasional opportunities to work from Hemmant or Yatala. Reporting to the State General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales & Business Development team at Visy's Fibre division.

Your primary responsibilities will include pricing incoming quotation requests, preparing quotations, tenders, and cost estimates, as well as maintaining customer agreements and contract databases. You will be vital in setting strategic goals and ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Promptly price incoming quotation requests.
  • Prepare and maintain customer agreements and contract databases.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving products and processes, enhancing profitability.
  • Ensure quality processes are in place and manage nonconformance reports (NCRs).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing commercial support or in accounting/bookkeeping.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
