Project Estimator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator to deliver accurate pricing for our fit-out and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in estimating, with a proven track record of pricing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source high-quality sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Analyze designs and plans to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and other key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of estimating experience, preferably in the fit-out and refurbishment sector
  • Proven ability to price projects valued over $2 million
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
