Automotive Maintenance Lead

As a skilled leader in the automotive maintenance sector, we are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations at our facility in Acacia Ridge, Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of workshop activities, including scheduling maintenance and monitoring workflow.
- Ensuring all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and repaired on time.
- Development of maintenance plans and procedures to optimize fleet efficiency and reliability.
- Leading a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Liaising with the operations team to coordinate vehicle schedules and respond to urgent requirements.
- Maintenance of accurate records of all maintenance activities and costs.
- Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar senior role.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
- Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems and fleet management software.
