Your Role

As a Site Manager at GrainCorp, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities of the team, coaching and supporting development of team members, and developing and maintaining close relationships with local growers, customers, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of the team
  • Coach and support development of team members
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with local growers, customers, and the local community
  • Coordinate and prepare for area maintenance and pest control teams to deliver required services
  • Identify and report on maintenance requirements and maintain site presentation and standards
  • Manage programmes and initiatives related to safety ('zero harm' culture) and risk management
