Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a high-performing team and drive sales growth through effective leadership and customer service initiatives.
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance customer experience, improve stock management, and optimize sales capabilities.
  • Monitor and measure key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, stock turnover, and sales productivity.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members and leaders to ensure continuity and growth.
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are consistently met across the warehouse.
  • Manage financial performance and reporting for the warehouse operation.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Previous experience in leading teams with a focus on Health and Safety and specialist products.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats, influence stakeholders, and understand key performance metrics.
  • A genuine passion for Customer Experience, Leadership, and Retail Excellence.
  • Ability to approach, connect, and confidently interact with various stakeholders.
