Key Role in Strategic Customer Partnership

A high-profile opportunity to lead strategic customer partnerships, delivering significant growth and transformational results.

This role plays a pivotal part in the implementation, delivery, and governance of large-scale spend consolidation and operational excellence programs for top-tier customers.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning, management, and governance of overall programs
  • Supporting customer pipeline development and scheduling
  • Managing program risks and issues through identification and facilitation of suitable solutions
  • Resource planning and prioritisation within PMO criteria
  • Establishing operating rhythms to ensure commercial deal objectives are met
  • Leading cross-functional delivery teams in matrix structures to maintain program momentum
  • Ensuring business readiness activities are planned and executed with minimal impact on stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the team

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Program or Project Management/Leadership positions, particularly in business or strategy/commercial
  • Advanced knowledge of Project and Program management methodologies and standards
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
  • Confident negotiator, influencer, and communicator
  • Customer-centric with ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in complex business environments with multiple locations
  • Proven ability to analyse and solve complex problems
  • Knowledge of Change Management principles an advantage
