Delivery Program Lead

We seek an experienced Delivery Program Lead to develop and execute strategies across multiple operational verticals.
This role involves leading end-to-end program management of new initiatives, working closely with diverse stakeholders to implement key business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex logistics challenges, analyzing data to drive process improvements, and engaging other teams globally to share best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering projects and goals across multiple organizations.
- Collaborating with external providers and partner teams to craft scalable solutions.
- Influencing strategic process design and development.
- Engaging with global teams to share knowledge and improve outcomes.
- Conducting hypothesis-driven problem solving to identify improvement areas.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related technical field.
- Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder management experience, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
