We are seeking dedicated individuals who genuinely care and enjoy helping people achieve greater independence. Understanding each individual's needs and preferences is crucial for delivering exceptional support.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with ASD, ADHD, PTSD, seizure management, youth work, psycho-social and emotional support.

Daily support involves creating routines, encouraging independence, hygiene awareness, meal preparation, accessing community via public transport, and discovering new hobbies.

**Key Qualifications and Requirements**

Candidates must have at least 12 months of experience in the industry and hold up-to-date certifications. These include a Police Check, NDIS Workers screening, Comprehensive Car Insurance, First Aid Certification, Cert 3 in Disability or Aged Care, and NDIS Mandatory training certification.
