Operations Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive sustainable performance, improve customer experience, and contribute to a positive impact on the environment.

About the Role:
  • Manage operational teams to ensure efficient task completion and prioritize customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure fit-out adherence and policy compliance.
  • Manage operational budgets and forecast short-term and long-term capital needs.
  • Provide guidance on expense budget compilation and delivery, ensuring alignment with targets.
  • Participate in sustainability forums, tenant engagement strategies, and social sustainability initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in operations management within a large retail-focused asset.
  • Proven contract management and administration skills.
  • Ability to form effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in critical analysis of building performance and OPEX budget management.
  • Knowledge of NABERS, NGERs, and related sustainability measurement and reporting obligations.
