About the role

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of service design principles and practices. As a Senior Service Designer, you will be responsible for leading large-scale projects, developing and implementing new services, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in service design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end service design projects, from planning and research to experience design and delivery
  • Build shared understanding of customer journeys, operational needs, and service touchpoints
  • Partner with stakeholders to align on unified, customer-centric experiences
  • Influence decisions using data-driven insights and research-led strategies
  • Foster a strong design culture across the business
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., design, business, or social science)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in service design or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
