Our organisation is seeking a skilled Product Delivery Expert to facilitate the product/services delivery using data and a customer-centric process.
This role involves working closely with the Engineering Team, focusing on developing and optimising the education marketplace websites.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating product delivery of features and services to customers using a customer-centric process; supporting features and product roadmap prioritisation process with stakeholders; facilitating and participating in Agile ceremonies to drive efficient product delivery and reduce time-to-market; and monitoring, developing, and maintaining product success metrics dashboards (in conjunction with the data team).
To succeed in this role, you will possess 2+ years' experience within an agile product management team with a focus on customers; 2+ years' experience working in an Agile team; project management experience with strong stakeholder management skills; effective communication and presentation skills; experience working with business intelligence systems such as Tableau and Google analytics; exceptional storytelling, visualisation, and stakeholder engagement skills to clearly communicate insights and explain complex analysis in an easy-to-understand way; and ability to interpret and translate data. Additionally, experience with A/B testing and CRO software (such as VWO, Optimize, Optimizely) and UX tools (such as Hotjar) would be beneficial.
