  • You will lead a team of financial analysts, responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing cost control of program budgets.
  • Your role involves leading, directing, and reviewing the work of direct reports, with a focus on policy and strategy implementation to ensure contracts, proposals, pricing, billings, and forecasting are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining financial accounting and control systems.
  • Establishing and maintaining baselines as new work is awarded.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly schedules for financial reporting in accordance with management and statutory requirements.
  • Providing forecasts of orders, sales, operating income, and investment (unbilled, inventory, AR) for each quarter during the current fiscal year and beyond.
  • Supporting the division's proposal pricing, planning, budgeting, and cost/schedule performance.
  • Coordinating with internal departments such as payroll, accounting, tax, and treasury as required.
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Preparing project budgets and schedules for contract work and performing financial analysis and variance analysis.
  • Preparing pricing and financial guidance and support to project proposal teams for change requests.
