We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Illawarra Rehabilitation Clinic.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored rehabilitation programs for patients in post-operative care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where professional development is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based post-operative rehabilitation for patients, helping them regain function and mobility after surgery.
- Develop and implement individualized exercise programs to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Utilize our state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool and exercise facility to support recovery and functional progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and ESSA accreditation required.
- Experience in post-operative rehabilitation preferred.
- Bonus skills: experience with hydrotherapy, strength and conditioning, dry needling, or massage.
- A hands-on approach to rehabilitation and a passion for patient-centered care essential.
