The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Retail Support Coordinator to join our Footwear team based at our Richmond Support Office. The successful candidate will support the overall category and marketing efforts for our Myer Footwear Concessions by ensuring the smooth operation of brand-related activities including end-to-end range management, seasonal GTM's and tool development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Critical path management and milestone communication, including reviewing the current critical path and identifying areas of improvement
  • Range, sales and marketing administration, including system and tool management
  • Order hold reporting and available to sell reporting
  • Supporting the team with coordinating brand communication and strategic plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines on a consistent basis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of GTM process, ranging, buying and critical paths
  • Ability to analyze data, with a strong attention to detail
