The role you'll be applying for is a key part of this vision. As an IT Project Coordinator, you'll be working within our Data and Analytics team, providing project support services and administration support for multiple delivery teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the planning, scheduling, and allocation of project delivery tasks
  2. Tracking and reporting on project milestones, key deliverables, actual spend versus budget/forecast
  3. Monthly finance processes for Project Delivery - timesheets, invoice receipting, accruals, funds transfers
  4. Project forecasts and budget tracking
  5. Other administration support for the delivery teams
  6. Engagement with 3rd party suppliers for delivery of defined work
  7. Provide project updates and attend scrum of scrums
  8. Manage internal team communications and co-ordinate team meetings and events including team newsletter, town halls, team collaboration days, maintaining our team intranet page

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills with high quality written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience working on IT projects
  • Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office suite
