">About the Role:
">We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to drive forward-thinking HR policies and processes, ensuring optimum efficiency and employee satisfaction.
">As a key member of our HR team, you'll report directly to the HR Manager, serving as a bridge to enhance employee relations, behaviour mentoring, and management coaching.
">Your responsibilities will involve providing crucial HR and ER advice to site leadership teams while actively participating in project activities focused on employee engagement, succession planning, and corporate projects.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide HR support and guidance on ethical and legislative compliance, performance management, compensation, and HR systems.
- Review and implement industry standards and processes, leading policy reviews and change management initiatives.
- Identify key opportunities based on competency assessments for individual development, aligning to succession and workforce planning.
- Stay updated on current and proposed legislation, advising and coaching senior management on employee relations matters.
- Ensure the employment lifecycle is proactively facilitated through HR Information Systems, Leadership, and Human Resources.
- Develop and deliver employee relations training across the organization, emphasizing proactive approaches.
- Manage end-to-end Industrial Relations matters with key stakeholders when required.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:

">- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- A background in site-based HR roles with a focus on employee relations; exposure to unionized, heavy industry, or resources sector would be an advantage.
- Customer-centric approach: Drive effective outcomes with a customer-centric mentality.
- Relationship building: Build trusted relationships at all organizational levels.
