Are you a professional with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals?

We are seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join our team in Mount Isa, QLD, on a permanent full-time basis, working 38 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking patient histories and conducting physical examinations.
  • Conducting musculoskeletal and fitness testing.
  • Medical screening including ECG, spirometry, audiometry, drug and alcohol testing.
  • Delivering health and wellness initiatives.
  • Communication and liaison with clients.
  • Administrative duties.

Candidate Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology.
  • Accreditation with ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • A Working with Children Check.
  • Developed computer skills and the ability to write reports.
  • Being comfortable and confident in working with a diverse cross-section of our population.
  • The ability to establish strong rapport with our clients.
  • Working both autonomously and within a team environment; demonstrating agility and strong time management skills.
