Job Title:

Microbiological Process Specialist



Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing processes and procedures to improve the quality of production, conducting in-process and finished goods testing.

Key responsibilities include performing pre-injection and in-process quality control checks, maintaining QC records, coordinating lab production schedule, preparing work area for microbial production, maintaining and preparing cultures for product manufacture, and assisting in supervision of activities within rhizobia injection and Velifer manufacturing areas.



Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple laboratory testing work at any given time. You will also need strong communication skills, engaging and promoting site EHS culture, taking CHRA ownership.

  • Hold Bachelor of Science majoring in Microbiology or related biological sciences
  • Be highly diligent with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in microbiological/production environment is preferred
  • Strong computer knowledge, with SAP experience a plus
