The Innovation and Performance Partner is a pivotal position responsible for driving enhanced organisational performance through strategic service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves expert facilitation and business analysis to ensure that all services are optimised to meet community needs and organisational goals. In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the role fosters an integrated approach to business excellence and continuous improvement, enabling service optimisation and transformation across Council. The role advocates for the Community Strategic Plan by proactively identifying and enabling cross-functional improvements that enhance service delivery, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Drive organisational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify service optimisation opportunities.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver value-creating initiatives.
- Permanent full-time role available with a 9 day fortnight.
- Degree qualifications in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in a similar role within a large organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and synthesise information effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on customer outcomes.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in project management and stakeholder engagement. You will have the ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- The commencing salary for this position is up to $106.6k per annum. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $123.5k per annum on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 12% superannuation.
- We have a permanent full-time role available.
- This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight.
- We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role – 2 days from home and 3 days onsite.
- This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building.
Council may create an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies.
