Talenza Pty Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst/Subject Matter Expert to join their Market Risk team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in market risk, quant analysis, and financial markets technology delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive business outcomes
- Developing and maintaining financial models based on regulatory obligations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate market risk
- Analyzing and interpreting market data to inform business decisions
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
Desirable skills and experience include:
- Previous experience in a line role in Market and/or Credit Risk
- Defining requirements for financial models based on regulatory obligations
- Experience with IRRBB and Counterparty Credit Risk (SACCR)
- Understanding of how FRTB will impact Market Risk management
- Experience in risk reporting environments
- Proficiency in VBA and/or SQL
