Delivering Exceptional Resident Care

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents in need.

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and documentation skills, as well as the ability to compile comprehensive histories from residents and/or family members to identify care needs.

  • Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of documentation that accurately reflect care delivery, developing, implementing and regularly evaluating resident care plans, and assisting with direct clinical care of residents, including personal hygiene and medication administration.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care
  • Current National Police Certificate or ability to acquire
  • Strong clinical and documentation skills
