As a Workshop Supervisor at Motion Australia, you will be responsible for supervising a workshop team in their day-to-day operations, including supervising a workshop team in their day-to-day operations, quoting workshop enquiries direct to our customers, processing orders via phone and email, and providing customer service via counter sales and phone.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have well-developed fitting and machining skills obtained in a workshop environment, experience in troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic systems, a sound mechanical aptitude and knowledge, and a problem-solving attitude. You will also need to have experience operating manual lathes and welding equipment, demonstrate a high degree of flexibility with job tasks, and have a proven safety and quality focus.
