Project Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Officer to join our team in the Illawarra or South-West Sydney region. As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for writing tenders, coordinating the establishment of new programs and services, and undertaking various projects in line with our strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and write high-quality tender documents that showcase our organization's capabilities and services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within and external to our organization to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage competing priorities and effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a full-time, temporary position (12 months) offering flexible work arrangements and opportunities for continuous learning and development.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, health, social sciences, or relevant experience.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Exceptional writing skills and proven experience in producing high-quality written documents.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
