About the Role

SunRice is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of SunRice's vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective vehicle rotation and allocation systems to optimize vehicle usage and reduce costs.
  • Manage relationships with service providers, including regular performance reviews and KPI assessments.
  • Prepare and deliver regular fleet reports to stakeholders, including vehicle utilization, servicing, fuel usage, and safety concerns.
  • Develop and maintain fleet policies, processes, and contracts, including novated lease, tool of trade, and owned assets.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Administrator or similar with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex reporting to multiple stakeholders and prioritizing effectively. Advanced analytical capabilities with skills in reporting and data manipulation in Excel are essential. SAP experience managing assets and invoicing is also highly desirable.
