Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Renovation Team Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the workload within the Renovations Team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily workload across the team, prioritizing activities to ensure completion within required timeframes.
  • Action quality assessments to ensure processes are being followed and quotes are accurate.
  • Provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership to the team to achieve key results.
  • Effectively assist with internal queries in relation to Renovations and maintain and update Renovation work instructions for the team.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders in a professional manner to facilitate renovations and build relationships.
Requirements
  • Solid previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships with superior communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead others to meet departmental KPIs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Sound computer skills, including strong MS Office.
