The position of Supply Chain Director requires an individual with extensive experience in managing operational teams and overseeing global supply chains. Key responsibilities include planning, packaging, procurement, logistics, and warehousing for the Randall Wine Group brand portfolio.

This role involves communicating effectively with stakeholders across production, sales, and distribution, including supplier contract negotiation and procurement. A key focus area will be driving efficiencies, economies of scale, and profitability through strategic decision-making.

To succeed in this position, you will require strong leadership capabilities, proven negotiation and procurement skills, excellent relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is desirable. Eligibility to work in Australia at the time of application is mandatory.

About You
  • Experience in a similar role and deep knowledge of the wine industry are essential.
  • A proven track record of leadership, negotiation, and procurement skills is required.
  • You should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. Estimated salary range based on industry standards and location.
