We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical trade qualifications and experience in field service.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will conduct routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on customer sites and in the workshop.

They will respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.

Providing detailed photographic reports and maintenance recommendations to clients is also a key aspect of this role.

Maintaining high equipment availability through efficient planning and execution is crucial.

The Service Technician will uphold strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

They will work effectively within a team environment, collaborating to achieve optimal results.

This role requires comfort working away from home Monday to Friday as required for site-based work.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Mechanical trade qualifications (essential) and a valid Driver's Licence are mandatory.

Hands-on experience with screens and centrifuge, sizers and crushers, and centrifugal pumps (Krebs, Warman, Metso) is required.

Previous experience in a field service role is necessary.

A clean track record in the mining industry is expected.

Computer literacy for report generation and communication is essential.

Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary.

The ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving work requirements is critical.
