We are currently seeking a skilled Caring for Vulnerable Families Coordinator to join our team in North Richmond NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work with vulnerable families and make a positive impact on their lives.

About the Role:

The Caring for Vulnerable Families Coordinator will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide intensive support to young parents and their children. You will be responsible for assessing and managing risks, developing and implementing individualised support plans, and working with families to build positive relationships and improve their emotional and physical wellbeing.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assessing and supporting young parents and their children to identify and manage risks
  • Developing and delivering activities that promote children's safety and learning
  • Supporting parents to develop their parenting skills and build secure attachments with their children
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to family support

You Will Be:

  • A compassionate and empathetic professional with experience working with vulnerable families
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A creative problem-solver with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others

What We Offer:
