As a
**Service Desk Coordinator **you will play a vital role in:
Coordinating daily employee interactions with customers while also overseeing the monitoring of ticket triage and ticket allocation
deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external
stakeholders
Be a key point of contact to customers, helping solve the communication gap between customers and their toolset
Be the key point of contact for VIP customers
Work closely with the service desk team as a trusted advisor and coordinator
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Strong relationship management skills for both internal team and external customers
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong administration skills and highly organise with the ability to prioritise
- **IT experience would be advantageous**
