Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate donor journeys, acknowledgments, and impact communications
  • Develop and manage community partnerships and fundraising activities
  • Act as CRM superuser, leading data segmentation, reporting, and system improvements
  • Oversee donation processing, supporter inbox, and campaign logistics
  • Ensure compliance and contribute to the continuous improvement of fundraising operations
