Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with Packaging Team.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience in customer service operations, preferably in the international air freight, logistics or distribution. They should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word, as well as a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all inbound and outbound shipments daily to ensure timely delivery.
  • Work with operating systems to plan, execute, and monitor import & export shipments.
  • Coordinate collections, deliveries, drop-offs, and recoveries with other departments, offices, agents, and drivers.
  • Communicate effectively with Packaging Team to maintain supplies availability.
  • Process temperature-sensitive shipments designed for special requirements of Cold Chain transportation processes.
  • Prepare and maintain temperature-controlled shipments as required.
  • Provide proper documentation for collections, deliveries, drop-offs, and recoveries.
  • Confirm recovery completeness by matching information against manifest during reception process.
  • Expedite dispatch to tender shipments immediately after collection and alert receiving agents/offices.
  • Notify discrepancies to respective departments, agents, or offices and update operating system accordingly.
  • Confirm shipment readiness to send to final destination and obtain Master Airway Bill consignment instructions.
  • Define best possible route to dispatch shipment to its final destination.
  • Condition shipments as required and update milestones in operating system.
  • Obtain airline booking and consign MAWB as instructed.
  • Enter Route Leg for International Flights.
  • Send Alert through operating system.
  • Coordinate drop-off with Dispatch according to SOPs.
  • Update Daily Schedule Report and operating system with all departures from airport.
  • Handle irregularities.

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in customer service operations, preferably in international air freight, logistics, or distribution.
  • Preference for existing knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical and clinical trial industry.
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Team player/self-dependent/motivated to succeed.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Excel/Word.
