Job Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain – from global factory relationships and production planning through to logistics and 3PL partnerships, ensuring operational excellence and supporting business growth.

This role takes ownership of the supply chain, managing two Coordinators and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to drive seamless coordination across suppliers, freight providers, and warehouses.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a global supply chain strategy aligned with sustainability ambitions;
  • Overseeing production management and supplier relationships to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery;
  • Managing critical path to ensure all stakeholders are accountable for key deadlines;
  • Leading risk management initiatives, including alternative sourcing;
  • Maintaining ownership of FOB and landed cost management;
  • Managing inbound logistic, freight, and 3PL relationships to ensure cost-effective shipping and resolving stock variances in collaboration with factories and 3PL partners;
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations; and
  • Overseeing reverse logistics and global stock transfers between 3PL locations.

To succeed in this role, you will bring at least four years of supply chain, logistics, or procurement experience (ideally within apparel), strong knowledge of freight and 3PL management, and confidence working with ERP systems.

You will be a proactive, solutions-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment and is passionate about sustainability and ethical sourcing.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement
  • Strong knowledge of freight and 3PL management
  • Confidence working with ERP systems
