Job Description

The role of Supply Chain Associate is a critical position within our organization. This opportunity is for someone who is self-driven, resourceful, and compliance-focused to collaborate cross-functionally with the team to ensure all tasks are completed to support the supply chain operation.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining SAP Inventory, planning and coordinating stock transfers within Australia, working on continuous improvements and facilitating cost savings, managing supply chain reporting, supporting monthly supply chain review meetings, and assisting stakeholders with invoice checking, reverse logistics, and monitoring performance.

You will also be responsible for assembling supply chain metrics as requested and working on overall performance to support the success of the supply chain function.

This requires experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably with cold chain experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Maintain SAP Inventory
  • Plan and coordinate the transfer of stock within Australia
  • Work on continuous improvements and facilitate cost savings
  • Manage supply chain reporting - sales, inventory stock on hand, inventory reconciliation
  • Support monthly supply chain review meeting
  • Assist stakeholders with invoice checking, reverse logistics, and monitoring performance
  • Customer Service Master Data
  • Assemble supply chain metrics as requested
  • Work on overall performance to support the supply chain function
