Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and purchase ordering.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate demand forecasting models through process improvement and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate safety stock, and update the material master and product lifecycle.
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor shipping schedules and communicate issues to the wider business and find solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supply chain planning role with knowledge of demand & supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Product knowledge and ability to work with complex goods in a global supply chain.
  • Excellent systems skills, ERP experience (preferably SAP), and advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, high-level attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.
