We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to manage our facilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards across all facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-presented environment for customers and retailers alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the centre team in delivering top-quality hard and soft services to enhance customer experience.
- Manage work orders using a computerised system to prioritise and track tasks.
- Assist in environmental initiatives, improving outcomes through reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure maintenance, repairs, and capital works are completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with service providers to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Address and resolve customer facility-related concerns while collaborating on cross-team projects.
- Understand and support the delivery of maintenance SLAs.
This is a full-time permanent position based onsite. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, property, hospitality, or building management, as well as strong customer service skills and excellent administration abilities.
