Production Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled production engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in heat treatment, shot peening, and metallurgical consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve quality objectives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify unsafe operations and practices, and report them to the manager immediately.
  • Maintain effective and efficient workflow at various stages of production.

As a graduate Metallurgical engineer with 3-4 years of experience in production and quality control, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a Heat Treatment operations team. You will also be required to deliver process engineering projects, develop heat treatment processes to meet customer specifications, and optimize equipment utilization.

We are looking for an individual with a hard-working attitude, keen eye for details, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of enthusiasm. If you are passionate about leadership development, possess strong analytical skills, and are proficient in metallurgical testing and statistical tools & analysis, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
