We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team for a fixed period.

  • This role involves providing high-quality legal advice on various aspects of capital transactions, market processes, development activities, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be a trusted legal advisor, responsible for:

  • Providing expert legal advice on complex property and project documentation.
  • Developing and structuring transactions.
  • Educating project teams and other stakeholders on legal aspects of business activities.
  • Managing external lawyers and probity advisors.
  • Assisting in training and mentoring lawyers and paralegals.
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in law and admission in New South Wales.
  • Substantial experience in property and/or construction law, drafting and negotiating complex property and project documentation.
  • High-level written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
  • Exposure to construction, planning, tax, and litigation within the property development context.
