Job Overview

We are seeking a Call Quality Expert to ensure consistency and quality of calls across the organisation.

About the Role

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support timely evaluation completion.
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture by ensuring consistent call quality performance.
  • Provide feedback to the Quality Assurance Team Leader on call monitoring outcomes.
  • Identify policy/legislative advice impacting efficient delivery of guidance and proactively raise process improvements.
  • Assist with other duties as requested by the Senior Advisor (Quality Management).
  • Facilitate quality discussions during team meetings, workshops, and recruitment inductions.

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of quality management principles and processes.
