Quality Management Specialist

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for delivering training on quality management, providing advice and support to staff, and assisting with the coordination of external quality assessments.

  1. Deliver training specific to quality management and provide guidance to staff on effective use of Quality Improvement System (QIS) and RiskMan clinical incident management system.
  2. Support the implementation and improvement of internal audit programs, including compliance audits and data analysis.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a performance measurement framework and ensure data-driven decision making.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key competencies include:

  • Analyzing and designing efficient business processes.
  • Providing expert management advice on standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Auditing and reporting complex regulatory compliance across all disciplines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, negotiation, and collaboration.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to building a culture of continual process improvement within a large and diverse team. A relevant qualification in quality systems or risk management is highly regarded, but not mandatory. Travel between locations may be required.
