About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Access Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Land Access team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of Conduct and Compensation Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to industry regulations and company standards.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and execution.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and key metrics.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to contracts.
  • Support: Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the Land Access team.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in contract administration and compliance. You will have:
