The Role:

As a Transaction Services Financial Analyst, you will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to our clients, working directly with the CF partner, TS team, and clients. Your work will have an immediate impact on deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze detailed financial information from income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, forecasts, and operational data of targets/clients.

• Synthesize data into meaningful information to analyze trends and conclusions, driving discussions with target management.

• Provide analytical and commercial insights based on historical and forecast financial information, preparing financial due diligence reports and data books.

• Identify issues and drivers impacting purchase price, sale agreement drafting, and deal structuring.

• Participate in meetings and conference calls with target company management and client personnel to deliver exceptional client service.

• Assist with Investigating Accountant's Report assignments for capital raisings and IPOs.

• Coach and develop a team of talented juniors to build trusted relationships and grow their capabilities, leading to firm and personal growth.

Requirements:

• Academic qualifications including a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business and CA or international equivalent.

• 5-8 years of experience in a mid to large-size professional services firm with a Transaction diligence role performing audits, financial due diligence, and related services for a diverse client base.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with sound business acumen.

• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent written and spoken communication skills, as well as strong report-writing and presentation skills.
