We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Executive to join our team in Brisbane on a full-time permanent basis. This role requires utilizing previous customer service experience to build relationships with customers, liaise with clients, and make outgoing calls to organize new jobs and foster ongoing customer excellence.

The core responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing support to national and key clients
  • Developing contracts for services offered
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Planning and booking technician jobs for seamless client service
  • Liaising with customers on a daily basis
  • Efficiently processing enquiries and proactively resolving client issues
  • Supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team, and Operations team to achieve targets and deliverables
  • Making outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/administration/account management)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work autonomously
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for working in a team environment

The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, as well as background checks.

This role offers a competitive salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
