Group Workforce Planning Manager

The Star Entertainment Group is now looking for a top-tier workforce planning leader, to take on the Group Workforce Management function. As Group Manager Workforce Planning, your primary focus will be to ensure the effective and efficient planning and management of labour and resources across the enterprise.

Using your strengths of relationship building and collaboration, you will partner with senior business leaders to devise and implement strategies that support increased labour productivity. As a leader you will guide and support your team of analysts, planners and schedulers to drive efficient and consistent services across multiple business areas and locations.

This is an agile and flexible position, with both at home and in office options available; including being located in Sydney, Brisbane or Gold Coast based on your preference.

**Key Priorities**:

- Drive the strategic direction of Workforce Management across the group
- Build and manage relationships with the business to ensure a partnership approach on labour reporting, planning and standards
- Implement workforce management capability that is scalable, flexible and crafted for growth
- Participate in the enterprise wide workforce management governance process

**About you**

You are an experienced leader, with years of experience in a senior position such as Director or Head of role within Workforce Management. You bring lived experience in leading a large team, with capability to develop frameworks and standards which optimise productivity. We are also looking for:

- Proven knowledge and experience within Workforce Management essential
- Ability to communicate, collaborate with and influence a wide range of people to effect organisational change
- Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to lead change and create impact through relationships
- Experience providing strategic financial advisory, labour management and other commercial support to assist business partners with decision making
- Tertiary Qualification in Business or related discipline
