Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for educating and caring for a group of children, developing and implementing an early childhood program that is developmentally appropriate and aligns with nationally approved learning frameworks.


Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Programs: Create and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, aligning with government-approved learning frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to plan, prepare, and deliver effective learning and teaching programs, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional outcomes.
  • Assessment and Reporting: Use evidence-based methods to assess children's progress, providing detailed reports to parents/caregivers and contributing to informed programming decisions.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, professionals, community groups, and research organizations to foster collaborative partnerships and enhance children's learning experiences.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional learning, projects, and quality improvement initiatives to stay abreast of best practices and contribute to the center's vision of excellence.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant diploma or certificate in early childhood education or related field;
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing high-quality educational programs;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
