Early Childhood Educator Role

In this rewarding career, you will have the opportunity to create and implement engaging learning programs for children. You will work closely with senior educators and educational leaders to ensure the delivery of high-quality education services.

This position is based in a 76-place early childhood centre located in the picturesque Port Macquarie area. The centre boasts purpose-built classrooms and extensive outdoor play spaces, including creek beds and vegetable gardens. Our centre has a strong focus on reconciliation and community engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement curriculum plans that promote children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with families and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all children.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
