Leadership Role for Maintenance Planning

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Maintenance Planner. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the planning and execution of maintenance activities across our operations.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams to achieve desired outcomes. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You will also be required to analyze data and make recommendations to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans that align with business objectives and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage maintenance teams to achieve desired outcomes, including safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA standards and industry best practices.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide recommendations.
