Electrical field service technicians are in high demand to support the growth of industry leaders across Australia.

The role of an electrical field service technician is to conduct maintenance and repairs on equipment at customer premises, while also developing relationships with customers.

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment at customer sites.
  • Install and commission new equipment under the guidance of project managers.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately to ensure smooth invoicing processes.
  • Provide technical coaching and feedback to service technicians.
  • Follow customer site procedures and policies.
  • Take ownership of jobs and deliver excellent customer service.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Full electrical license or refrigeration mechanics certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Extensive fault-finding experience.
  • Service or industrial experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.

This is a full-time permanent position with a negotiable hourly rate ($45-$55) plus allowances. Benefits include company vehicle provision, overtime and penalty rates, on-call rates, and opportunities for career progression, training, and development.
