The role of Finance Business Partner is a critical one, requiring an experienced finance professional to provide forward-looking analysis and guidance to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver commercially focused financial solutions and advice to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analytical reviews on project budgets and prepare monthly management reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize working capital performance and improve project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in accounting, finance or commerce, with tertiary qualifications.
  • Pursuing or completed CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years' experience in a finance partnering or similar role.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and develop innovative business solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
  • High level of competency in MS Office applications.
