About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Finance Systems and Data Analytics team. In this role, you will take ownership of our incentive system, ensuring it runs smoothly and supports our sales teams effectively.

You will be responsible for administering and maintaining the incentive system to ensure accurate and timely data processing. Additionally, you will provide first-line support for user queries, access issues, and reporting concerns.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business and/or systems analysis, ideally in a finance or sales environment. You should be comfortable working with data and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the incentive system to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
  • Provide first-line support for user queries, access issues, and reporting concerns.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, calculation errors, and system anomalies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage updates and enhancements.
  • Monitor data feeds and integrations to ensure data integrity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align system functionality with business needs.
  • Document processes, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements
  • Experience in business and/or systems analysis, ideally in a finance or sales environment.
  • Comfortable working with data and resolving technical issues.
  • Great communication skills and ability to work across teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving systems and processes.
