
Projects Officer: Healthcare Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects Officer to support the development and procurement of a new electronic medical record system for health services in prison and Youth Justice facilities.
This role offers a unique chance to work with a high-performing team in the Victorian Public Service, driving change and improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations.
As a key member of the Justice Health team, you will be responsible for providing critical project management support, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining clear oversight of Project reporting requirements
- Effective document management
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Administration support
Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with knowledge of and/or experience in Victorian Government administrative processes, exposure to ICT projects or programs, and a strong understanding of current trends in ICT infrastructure.
